Firehouse Honey is the Menzies' family beekeeping hobby that has turned into a small, but sweet business. We started when a swarm of bees landed in our front yard and we had no idea what to do. A local beekeeper was called and Josh spoke at length about what beekeeping was all about. When all was said and done, the swarm of bees was given to us and everything began. Several years later and we're finally jarring honey. Everyone in our house is involved in some fashion...even if it's just to eat the honey. ;-)
